We’re building a trusted freelance roster of dry-mounters and print finishers to support our in-house team during seasonal and volume-driven peaks. This role focuses on high-quality archival mounting and general finishing work, supporting the delivery of gallery-ready artworks.

What you’ll be doing :
- Dry-mounting prints to a range of archival substrates.
- Supporting framing and finishing workflows as required.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure work meets presentation standards.
- Maintaining clean, organised work practices and safe equipment use.
- Communicating clearly with the production team to keep jobs moving smoothly.

What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience in print finishing or dry-mounting.
- Good knowledge of archival mounting techniques and materials.
- High attention to detail and pride in finish quality.
- Reliability and flexibility during busy periods.
