Job Opening: Junior Specialist – Heritage Care & Business Development

About ICM
ICM is a specialist company dedicated to the conservation of cultural heritage, artworks, archives, and valuable collections. With offices in the UK and Belgium, we help museums, galleries, collectors, and institutions protect and preserve sensitive objects.

To strengthen our team in Chiswick (London), we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive colleague who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact both on-site and behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do
• Receive in-house training to become a specialist in the conservation treatment of valuable objects.
• Support projects on-site and in-house, working with museums, galleries, archives, and private collectors.
• Assist with UK business development by identifying opportunities, supporting client relationships, and helping prepare proposals and presentations.
• Contribute to social media and communications to showcase our projects and connect with new audiences.
• Help coordinate project logistics, reporting, and documentation.

Who You Are
• Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Interested in art, culture, heritage, or valuable objects.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable with practical and administrative tasks.
• Confident communicating both in person and online.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
